Loved it. I, like you, am an Octavia Butler fan. Her works are just mind blowing and and I'm in the process of reading Fledgling. The whole show was outstanding. I gained some insight into the new book too. At first I was dissappointed with the vampire story as I continued to read it I was hooked. It was really great to hear the sound of her voice. I will be wishing her a speedy recovery from the heart problem she spoke of. As for addicted to race this may be first time listening but it won't be the last time.
