I think this whole orgininization is racist. I mean the thing about white people chasing back there heratige and finding themselves 6% black and sayin no wonder i can dance and no wonder my lips are big is offensive to black people. the ignorant white people are the ones who get the surgeries to make there lips and ass big cause they dont naturally have it.I;m sorry but for whoever said that needs a wake up call and they need their ass jumped. I think people who are mixed should be hosting all this not a couple of white people that dont even know the basics of race and multiracial culture. It doesnt sound like your making this thing for mixed people and relationsghips it sounds like your just being flat out racist towards black people and other races cause thats all I’ve heard.

    Shae,

We’re not sure if you’ve actually listened to any of our shows but if you did, you would know that we are in fact, both women of mixed heritage. Also, we point out exactly what you said about the fact that it’s racist for whites to say “oh no wonder I’ve always had such big lips” or “oh no wonder I’m such a great dancer” upon learning that they have black ancestry. In fact, **that was the point** of the entire segment–but maybe you didn’t listen to the promo all the way through so you misunderstood.

    Respectfully,

    Jen and Carmen
